The data controller is Nota Restaurant and Garni Hotel, Grčića Milenka 8, 11000 Belgrade, company number 65065690, tax number 110904974. For any question about your data, write to marketing@hotelnota.com or call 066 530 50 50.

When you send an enquiry or a booking request, we use your name, phone or email and what you wrote (dates, number of guests, message) only to reply and arrange the booking. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 12(1)(2) of the Serbian Personal Data Protection Act). Without this data we cannot reply.

Your enquiry reaches our mailboxes by email, and a copy is kept on the website server in Serbia for 12 months and then deleted. Job applications are kept for 12 months.

Our server counts visits without cookies and without storing anything on your device: which page you opened, in which language, which site you came from (for example Google or Instagram), whether it is a phone or a computer, and clicks on phone, Viber, WhatsApp and email links. We do not store your IP address. From it and your browser's identifier we create a daily encrypted fingerprint, only to count visitors per day; the key changes and is deleted every day.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in knowing how guests use the site (Article 12(1)(6)). Records are kept for 13 months. You can object to this processing at marketing@hotelnota.com.

Only if you click “Accept” does the site load Google Analytics (visit measurement), Google Ads (measuring enquiries from ads and showing ads again) and the Meta pixel (Facebook and Instagram ads). Before that, and if you choose “Essential only”, none of these load. The legal basis is your consent (Article 12(1)(1) of the Personal Data Protection Act and Article 160 of the Electronic Communications Act). You can withdraw consent at any time in the bar at the bottom of this page.

Cookies set with consent: _ga and _ga_* (Google Analytics, up to 2 years), _gid (24 hours), _gat (1 minute), _gcl_au (Google Ads, 90 days), _fbp (Meta, 90 days) and test_cookie (Google, 15 minutes).

Your cookie choice (nota-kolacici, until you change it) and, after you send a form, the confirmation text and language (nota-potvrda and nota-jezik, until you close the browser). This is needed for the site to work as you asked. Only with your consent do we also remember where you came from (nota-izvor, until you close the browser), to link an enquiry to its source.

Teatika (website build and maintenance, as a processor under contract), Paukhost (website server in Serbia), Google (email, Google Analytics and Google Ads) and Meta (ads). Google and Meta may process data in Ireland and the USA; both companies are certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and use standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your data or give it to anyone else.

You can ask for access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent. Write to marketing@hotelnota.com; we reply within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (poverenik.rs).
